On behalf of the Inspire Ministry Team, I want to thank you for joining us on this journey to discover your SHAPE. Our goal is to help you or your small group Win in life.  We are excited about you reaching your full potential and serving in a ministry that fully utilizes your gifts.
 

We reach our goal by inspiring every member of the Celebration Church family to decide to begin serving, take the time to discover their God-given SHAPE, and direct this SHAPE for God's glory. In addition, we strive to inspire every small group to recognize the ministry needs within their group. We will also help the group realize their strengths so that they can respond to ministry opportunities together.

Step 2:
Discover Your SHAPE One on One
A SHAPE Discovery Session is a 1 hour meeting facilitated by a trained SHAPE Guide. During your discovery session you and your SHAPE Guide will review your SHAPE Profile so you can find a fulfilling place to serve and express your God-given SHAPE in ministry.  Contact the INSPIRE Ministry for details at rthames@wininlife.com

Would you like to start a new ministry?
 
Do you feel the desire to start a new ministry at Celebration Church? We would love to help you build a ministry action plan for your new ministry by completing the following steps:
 
Step #1...Qualification: Any new idea must meet the following qualifications for starting a new ministry:
1) The ministry idea must be biblically sound
2) The ministry idea must enhance the reputation of Celebration Church
3) The ministry idea must not raise funds
4) The ministry idea must meet needs within the "Body" of Celebration Church
5) The ministry idea must be transferable to other churches
6) The ministry idea must be led by a leadership team
7) The leader and the leadership team must attend Celebration Church and have
    completed CLASS 301.
 
PLEASE NOTE:
Ministry - This page is dedicated to those who desire to start a new ministry within Celebration Church that is focused on meeting needs within the "body" of Celebration Church.
 
Fellowship - If you desire to start a "fellowship" or small group with a common focus please contact Pastor Larry Walker.
 
Outreach - If you desire to start a new "outreach" to non-believers please contact Pastor Robert Washington.
 
Step #2...Information: If you said "yes" to all of the above qualifications, please address the following questions below and forward it to rthames@wininlife.com: 
  • What is the purpose of the ministry?
  • Who is the target for your ministry?
  • What need will your ministry meet?
  • How will you meet these needs?
Step #3...Assimilation: Once we receive your email we will contact you to meet and discuss your ministry idea. Once the idea is approved by the pastoral staff, you will work with a representative of the ministry team to build your ministry action plan so your ministry can be assimilated into the church body.
 
Helpful Information:
  • Pray! Pray! And Pray! Please spend time in prayer over this possible ministry idea. If the Lord is behind it, He will make it happen in His time.
  • This process takes approximately 60 days to complete
  • If you are married, we will want to make sure your family is behind you as you take on this new opportunity.
